Dušan Obradović is General Manager of SEE UP, a Belgrade-based accelerator building a supportive ecosystem for South-East European startups. He designs tailored acceleration programmes, connects founders with local and international investors, and forms strategic partnerships that extend the network's reach. He also advocates for innovation-friendly policies and reports clear KPIs to stakeholders. Since 2022 he has led Bold International Group, driving growth strategy and new client solutions. His innovation work spans regions. At Whisper Media World (Singapore) he led digital transformation across South-East Europe, and at AliPay in Bangkok he managed risk for digital wallet and e-commerce operations in six South-East Asian markets. Earlier, he coordinated the Serbian market entry of the online jobs portal BoljiPosao.com. He is a former member of the Government of Serbia's Youth Council, co-founder of the Association of Young Enthusiasts, and has visited 74 countries.
