David Giron is the Founder and CEO of eFrontiers, a Geneva-based company that builds gamified microlearning academies for corporate training and workforce enablement. Born in Guatemala, David began his career playing American football before moving into finance, working in wealth management in Frankfurt. He then relocated to the United States as Director of Business Development for a Silicon Valley IoT scale-up, before returning to Europe to join a boutique private equity fund in Geneva. There he founded eFrontiers, initially with the goal of making financial education engaging and accessible. Today, eFrontiers' academies reach more than 120,000 users across four markets, and the company has just launched a new corporate training product built on the same technology.
