Nicolò Joswig is an Italian economist and entrepreneur with a passion for bridging the gap between innovation and finance. He is the co-founder and CEO of Startex AI, a fintech startup leveraging artificial intelligence to transform the world of Micro M&A - making AI-powered scouting and deal sourcing of SMEs accessible to advisors and Funds. Nicolò holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, earned between the University of Cagliari and Frankfurt University, and a Master’s degree in Business Management and Strategy from LIUC Business University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, an international academic path that shaped his strategic outlook. Before Startex AI, he served as CMO of the ed-tech startup StudentLINK, where he first discovered his drive to build things from the ground up. He regularly writes and consults on innovation, strategy, and finance for national and international outlets, and has been invited to speak at prominent events including L’Internazionale di Ferrara, Como Lake Festival, and SMAU London.
